You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55ac login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 55ac immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 55ac will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
55ac reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.
55ac accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 55ac wallet within five minutes of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and four business hours depending on the originating bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations for the relevant network.
Withdrawals may only be requested from funds that form part of your Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. 55ac reserves the right to require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of amount.
Verified account withdrawals to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within five to thirty minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to four business hours. All processing times are subject to payment provider availability and may vary during periods of high demand or scheduled maintenance.
55ac operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal. Deposits may only be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party funding of 55ac accounts is strictly prohibited.
PKR Banking Note: All 55ac transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversion fees charged by 55ac. Standard transaction fees charged by your payment provider may apply independently of 55ac and are outside our control.
Promotional bonuses are available to eligible registered members of 55ac. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be permanently closed.
All bonuses issued by 55ac carry an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds not utilised and wagering requirements not fulfilled within the specified period will result in the automatic cancellation of the bonus and any associated bonus-derived winnings.
55ac reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The modification or withdrawal of a promotion shall not affect any bonus already credited to a player's account prior to the change, provided that the relevant wagering requirements are met within the original bonus validity period.
Each game available on the 55ac platform operates under specific rules that govern gameplay, payouts, and any applicable side bets or features. It is the player's responsibility to review and understand the rules of each game before wagering. 55ac is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a gaming session, 55ac reserves the right to declare the affected round or bet void. Any disputed outcomes arising from technical issues will be reviewed by 55ac's technical team, and the decision of 55ac shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 14.
All sports betting markets offered on 55ac — including cricket, PSL, and other sporting events — are governed by 55ac's specific sportsbook rules. These include rules relating to void bets, suspended markets, match abandonment, result verification, and settlement timelines. In all cases of ambiguity, the decision of 55ac's trading team shall be final.
55ac reserves the right to apply maximum win limits to any game, bet, or promotional activity. Any amount exceeding an applicable maximum win limit will not be credited and shall be forfeited. Where applicable, maximum win limits are displayed within the relevant game or promotion terms.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or events of force majeure may result in temporary service unavailability. 55ac shall not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.
In all cases where 55ac is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of 55ac to any individual user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their 55ac account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 55ac's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.
55ac reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, platform features, payment methods, or business operations. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.
Where changes are material in nature — meaning they significantly affect user rights or obligations — 55ac will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 55ac platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the 55ac platform, you should first contact the 55ac customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Please provide full details of the complaint, including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting evidence. 55ac will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the 55ac support team, you may request that the matter be escalated to senior management. 55ac will provide a final written response within 28 business days of the original complaint date.
If a dispute remains unresolved following the completion of 55ac's internal complaints procedure, users may seek external resolution through the dispute resolution body designated under 55ac's applicable gaming licence. Details of the relevant external dispute resolution mechanism are available on request from the 55ac support team.
Please Note: Legal proceedings may not be commenced against 55ac unless and until the internal complaints procedure described in this Section has been fully exhausted. Claims submitted before completion of this process may be dismissed on procedural grounds.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55ac's gaming licence is registered.
By using the 55ac platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the procedures outlined in Section 14. Nothing in this clause shall limit 55ac's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
